BERNSTEIN uses a high-quality, fully insulating plastic material for adjusting screwdrivers and adjusting spanners, which is hard yet elastic. For the highest demands in terms of torsional strength, an additional material made of hard special plastic is offered (articles 1-738 and 1-739).
For particularly tight-fitting cores, BERNSTEIN supplies adjustment screwdrivers and adjustment spanners with inserts made of spring-hard bronze. This material is very precise in its dimensional accuracy, even with the smallest dimensions. Since it is only processed as a small cutting edge tip in conjunction with the plastic material, detuning due to the spring-hard bronze is almost impossible.
Ceramic bits meet the highest requirements due to their excellent mechanical, thermal as well as electrical properties, insulating. The hardness and breaking strength of the material zirconium oxide enable the production and use of even the smallest dimensions with the greatest possible wear resistance. In addition to many standard blades, we also manufacture special shapes on customer request.
