When the set torque is reached, there should be an audible click and a click should be felt. If this is not the case, please readjust the small screw on the screwdriver a little so that the screwdriver clicks audibly.
I If the torque screwdriver is not used, please return it to the starting position (0 Nm). This will relieve the preload and prevent premature wear. Each torque screwdriver is unit tested and certified to DIN ISO 6789 and ASME B107.300-2010 torque standards (certificate included with product).
Maintenance: The torque screwdriver is a precision instrument. To ensure tolerance, calibration must be performed regularly and is the responsibility of the owner. The recommended calibration interval is every 12 months, and may be shorter depending on the application.
The product oiled by the manufacturer for lifetime use and should not be oiled additionally. At best, always place back in the box after use to keep dirt and wetness away. Never disassemble the torque screwdriver yourself. If you need to repair the torque screwdriver, please contact a qualified service station. An improper repair attempt may result in damage to this instrument and it will no longer meet the accuracy requirements of DIN ISO 6789 and ASME 8107.300-2010.
