Area of application

The SPANNFIX 4.0 BASE is used where a fast and flexible quick clamping is required, made possible by the lateral lever. The threaded pin has an M12 x 1.5 mm mounting and offers the possibility to mount devices individually. For example sensors, measuring instruments, monitors, surveillance cameras, devices for sound or light engineering and much more. The sphere can be rotated 360° and tilted up to +/-45°, allowing work and adjustment in any imaginable position. The SPANNFIX is one of the largest ball joint quick-clamping devices on the market and convinces with its outstanding ball clamping force and stability.


Technical description

The innovative footrest including table clamp allows the attachment to straight table edges of up to 80 mm but also to the table corner itself - this is the optimal position to use the entire working radius of 330 mm (from the centre of the ball) of the SPANNFIX 4.0. Material: cast aluminium with chrome-plated steel parts, colour: structured powder coating in dark grey metallic.

CLAMPING TOOLS WITH BALL JOINT The SPANNFIX in its entirety is a multifunctional vice with a flexible head and many possible applications. By using the high-quality ball joint, the SPANNFIX head can be tilted and fixed in any direction and offers optimum hold in any position. The ball mobility can be individually adjusted with the help of an adjusting screw on the lower seat of the ball. The ball is fixed and released with a simple movement of the lever. Long service life is guaranteed by the highquality, powder-coated cast aluminium and surface-coated steel parts.
